So you might like to check out the Çatalhöyük Excavation diaries, a daily log or journal written by team members during the season. They date back to 1996 and provide a direct, working view the archaeology of Çatalhöyük as well as an insight into life on site.

Jason also adds photos from Çatalhöyük more regularly to the Flickr site, and I blog at Open Objects, though only occasionally about Çatalhöyük at the moment.
